Thank you for your reservation at the 4 Seasons Motel & Beach Club. Due to the fact that we are a small facility, we must adhere to our policy of check-ins after 2:00 p.m. and check-outs before 11:00 a.m. We pride ourselves in keeping the grounds and rooms clean for all of our guests and need the time to prepare the rooms for the next guests arriving.
Deposit: A $25.00 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits are refundable if cancellations are made 14 days prior to check-in. The reservation will not be guaranteed if the deposit is not received within 10 days of your arrival. Groups wishing to book the entire motel must place a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking.
Check-In: You may register for your room between 2-6 p.m. If you are planning on arriving after 6 p.m. please call ahead to arrange a late check-in.
Pets: We do have 3 rooms available that are pet friendly. Management must be notified that you have a pet at the time you make the reservation. A $10.00 cleaning fee will be added to your bill for pet cleaning. Pets are not allowed on the beds nor can they be left alone in the room at any time. If you leave the motel please take your pet with you. The pet “poop” area is at the far south end of the facility. Please clean up after your pet when outdoors and all pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Breaking any of our pet policies will result in us asking you to leave the property with no return of your room charge.
Exercise Room: Children under 16 years of age are not allowed in the exercise room without a parent being present. The fitness room will close each evening at 9:00 p.m. Use of the exercise room is at your own risk.
Beach Policy: There are no lifeguards on duty, so use of the beach is at your own risk. Children cannot be left unattended on the beach; a parent must be present at all times. Kayaks are available for our guests over 18 years old. Life-vests must be worn at all times when using a kayak. Bonfires are allowed on the beach in the fire pit only. Wood can be purchased at the motel office or at many locations throughout Harrisville.
Quiet Hours: Are between the hours of 11:00p.m. - 8:00a.m. Please be respectful of others.
Guests: For your enjoyment and to prevent overcrowding, 4 Seasons Motel & Beach Club restricts its facilities, beach and guest rooms for registered guests only. All non-registered guests must sign in at the office and park in designated guest areas. Absolutely no guests, other than those registered when checking in, will be allowed to spend the night or use the exercise and sauna areas. Rollaway beds are available with prior arrangements for a $5.00 fee.
Smoking Policy: All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Please smoke outside only and make sure your butts are disposed of in the proper receptacles.
Replacement Policy: All guest rooms are inventoried on a daily basis before you arrive. Any missing or broken items due to abuse will be charged to your credit card.
Kitchenette Units: The kitchen units are equipped with an electric 2 burner hot plate, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, full size refrigerator, plates, silverware, pots, pans and Utensils. These are “housekeeping” units so you are required to clean the kitchens before you leave. There are no stoves in the rooms but use of the charcoal and gas grills are available to all guests. A $10 cleaning fee will be added to your room if you do not clean the pans and dishes before you leave.
Occupancy: Please take note of the occupancy for each room listed on the rates page. Sorry, but we cannot make exceptions to the occupancy numbers under any circumstances. If you need an extra room for your party please book accordingly.
ABSOLUTELY NO FISH OR FISH COOLERS IN THE ROOMS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND IF YOU DO SO.
