TIPS TO MAKE YOUR STAY MORE ENJOYABLE. 1. Bring beach towels. 2. Although all the rooms have been remodeled we couldn’t change the “footprint” so they are small.  We suggest packing no more than one bag per person.  Coolers, beach toys and such will block the aisles in your room and create a fire hazard.  If you do bring coolers plan on leaving them in your car. 3. We do offer the use of a gas grille and a small refrigerator under the gazebo.  We also supply all the grilling utensils. 4. Since we are a small facility, guests are NOT allowed in your room under any circumstances.  If you invite guests to the motel, please use the outdoor gazebo’s and get permission from the manager.  On busy weekends, guests are not allowed to use the beach, kayak or exercise room. 5. Our rooms are not handicap accessible. 6. We offer a handicap bathroom and a large shower next to the exercise room which is open 24 hours. 7. If you are in one of our kitchenette units it is your responsibility to wash any dishes, glasses or silverware before you leave.  A $10 charge will be added to your bill if you leave these for the maids. 8. There is a dumpster on the north end of the parking lot if you need to dispose of any trash in your rooms. 9. Our maid comes everyday at 10:00 to clean and restock rooms.  She leaves at 11:30 so please allow her to come in your room between those hours.  If not please bring any wet or dirty towels to the office and we will replace them. 10. Please note our occupancy limits in each room.  We can not, by law, allow more people in a room than is listed.  If you have a baby and need to bring a crib or other equipment please let us know in advance……there are only a few rooms that will accommodate such items.
